What the service covers

Practical WordPress care, based on what your site needs.

Every website has a different setup. The hosting provider, active plugins, traffic, integrations and existing issues all affect the right maintenance approach. We review those details before confirming the work.

01 /

WordPress, Theme & Plugin Updates

Review pending updates and compatibility considerations before changes. Where agreed, apply updates and check key website functions afterwards. Complex breakages are investigated separately if they exceed routine maintenance.

02 /

Backup Planning & Recovery

Review the backup options available through your host or existing tools, including practical recovery considerations. Frequency, retention, off-site storage and restore testing depend on the agreed scope.

03 /

Security Checks & Recovery

Investigate suspicious redirects, spam, unexpected files, warnings and other signs of compromise. Cleanup, recovery and hardening are scoped after reviewing the condition of the website.

04 /

Technical Troubleshooting

Diagnose plugin conflicts, failed scheduled tasks, broken forms, payment or email workflow problems, PHP errors and features that no longer behave as expected.

05 /

Migration, SSL & DNS Assistance

Get help moving a WordPress site or hosting account, resolving HTTPS/SSL issues and reviewing related DNS settings. Changes are planned carefully where email or other services share the domain.

06 /

Performance Investigation

Review likely causes of slow pages, such as scripts, plugins, images, database activity or hosting limits. Recommendations are based on findings; specific speed scores or improvements are not guaranteed.

Clear expectations

Know what is included—and what needs a separate estimate.

A monthly plan is intended for agreed ongoing care. It should not create uncertainty about large repairs or new development work.

Routine care may include

  • WordPress core, theme and plugin update checks
  • Backup setup or review where supported
  • Agreed routine security checks
  • Maintenance notes and practical recommendations
  • Technical support within the confirmed plan scope

Usually scoped separately

  • Emergency cleanup of a hacked or severely broken website
  • Large migrations, restorations or complex recovery
  • Redesigns, new features and substantial custom development
  • Paid plugin licences, hosting and third-party service fees
  • Work beyond the agreed support time or response expectations

No website can be guaranteed to remain online or never be compromised. The purpose of maintenance is to reduce avoidable risk, catch issues where possible and provide a clear path to technical help.

How we start

A straightforward process before any work begins.

The aim is to understand your setup and agree on a sensible scope—not sell the same package to every website.

STEP 01

Share the website details

Send your URL, hosting information if known, and a short description of your maintenance needs or current issue.

STEP 02

Review and agree on scope

We confirm access requirements, priorities, inclusions, response expectations and whether any initial repair needs a separate quote.

STEP 03

Begin the agreed work

After approval, I carry out the agreed maintenance or troubleshooting and communicate any findings that affect the plan.

Before you get started

WordPress maintenance questions.

What is included in a monthly plan?

Inclusions depend on the plan we agree on. Typical scope may cover update checks, backup review, routine security checks and defined technical support. I will confirm the exact inclusions in writing before work begins.

Do you include new features or redesigns?

Not by default. Redesigns, new functionality, substantial content changes and custom development are estimated separately unless specifically included in the written scope.

Can you help with an already hacked website?

Yes. Share the symptoms and any available hosting or security warnings. I will review the situation and scope the cleanup or recovery work based on severity, backups and access. Major remediation may have a one-time fee.

Do I need to move my hosting?

Not necessarily. I can work with a suitable existing host. If the hosting environment appears to be contributing to an issue, I will explain the findings and discuss options before recommending a move.

Do you guarantee uptime or that my website will never be hacked?

No. Maintenance and security practices can reduce risk, but they cannot eliminate every threat or prevent all downtime.

Do you support websites outside India?

Yes. Support is delivered remotely for businesses worldwide. Access, communication, timing and response expectations are agreed before the work starts.

Discuss your website

Tell me what your WordPress site needs.

Share your website URL and a brief description of the support you need. I will review the enquiry and discuss the appropriate next step.
